About the Event

Copper & Crystals is a three-day immersive wellness experience designed to help attendees rest, reconnect, and restore their nervous systems in a sacred outdoor setting. With over 200 anticipated guests, the retreat will feature yoga, sound healing, holistic workshops, live music, meditation, and camping under the stars.
We’re seeking passionate, soul-aligned vendors offering holistic goods, spiritual tools, handmade crafts, herbal products, vegan food, and wellness services that resonate with the healing mission of the retreat.

Vendor Marketplace Details

• Location: Wellness Vendor Village (centrally located near workshops and food area)
  Dates & Times:
  Friday, October 3: 12 PM  (Set-up from 11 AM)
  Saturday, October 4: 12 PM  (Set-up from 11 AM)
  Sunday, October 5: 12:00 pm – 4 pm 
• 
  Audience: Holistic wellness seekers, sound bath lovers, yoga practitioners, healers, and conscious consumers

Vendor Fee Structure

📝 Vendor fees are non-refundable. Event is rain or shine.

*A service vendor is a business or individual that provides a service for a fee

Vendor Responsibilities

• Must bring your own tables, chairs, signage, and lighting
  Set-up must be completed by start of vendor hours
  All vendors must clean their area before departure
